Parent-Child Classes at Seaford Kindergym
Enrolment Forms, Medical Declarations and Photo Release
We provide an online enrolment form for parents to complete, and in person will request you to complete a medical declaration and provide evidence that your child has been immunised as per the National Immunisation Program Schedule.
Ticking ‘YES’ on the photo release question indicates your acceptance of the following:
Kindergym Victoria and its representatives have my permission to use my or my child’s photograph publically to promote Kindergym Victoria. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
Payment
We accept direct debit, cash on arrival, credit card payments through PayPal and PayPal payments, and offer a 100% money back guarantee on our program. You can purchase class passes, memberships and casual passes through our online shop or arrange in person if you prefer.

Timetable
Kindergym Victoria reserves the right to change the timetable due to class size, staff availability or other reasons at their discretion with as little as one day’s notice. Please note that Seaford Kindergym closes from mid-December until the 1st day back for Victorian Public Schools, but does not take other School term holiday breaks. We do not run classes on public holidays. See our Calendar for more detail.
Make up Classes
We are really flexible and supportive of families. We offer 2 make up sessions per 10 week pass. Please keep your family at home if they are ill, or may be contagious. Our space is shared be many children with compromised immunity.
Arrival Time
Arrive early for your class so your child has time to go to the toilet, snack, drink and start their class without being rushed. Give your little person time to sit, watch and look around.
Supervision
At all times, children remain the responsibility of their parents/or parent.
First Aid and Safety Risks
All of our staff are qualified Level 2 First Aid (HLTAID003).
Please identify any injuries/accidents, near misses or perceived safety risks to our staff immediately.
Clothing
Dress in comfortable clothes, that allow for easy movement. Shorts and t-shirt are best. Please note that no shoes are allowed in the Gym area, and socks are a slipping hazard.
For infants, please bring a bunny rug for bubba to work on.
Food
No food or drink are allowed in the Gym Area, but you are encouraged to enjoy some time in our lounge area for snacking and refreshments. Please bring along snacks for your child, and be mindful that children with allergies may be utilising the same space throughout the day.
Parking
You may park in the Kindergym reserved parking, on Keppler Circuit or on the street.
NB: Other Factory parking is private parking.

Incursions
If you must cancel or change the number of classes booked, please give us at least 2 weeks notice.
Cancellation earlier than 10 days before program = no charge
Cancellation within 10 days program = fee of 30% of total quoted price
Cancellation on the day = full charge
Where inclement weather is forecast for an outdoor set-up, we endeavour to offer indoor alternatives where possible or reschedule your booking within the same calendar year (subject to availability): please phone us two days before your incursion to discuss alternatives.

If you must cancel or significantly change the number of children booked, please give us at least 3 days notice.

Cancellation within 2 days of party = fee of 30% of total quoted price
