Yoga for families and babies

Relax, connect and grab some me time without the mummy guilt because the baby or kids can come too!

Baby & me yoga aims to provide a space for parent/carer and baby to connect through gentle movement, mindful breathing, relaxation and baby sensory touch. The class will also support the adult to gently build their body with strength and flexibility.

Family yoga is suitable for beginners covering some pranayama (breathing exercises) and basic asana (poses) before a relaxation and book time for those children who fancy some sit-down time after their play. The class is mainly directed at the adults with the welcome inclusion of the children if they choose to join in.
